Hooray! It's my turn for a new PC again, and I'm stoked! (with the 4 of us all being PC gamers/users, it was kinda expensive to upgrade all of our hardware at the same time) I wasn't exactly sure how I wanted to present this all, so I'm going with the following (and then maybe the pc part picker after that?):
Oddly, I decided on white parts this time. I called it Nebula in my head at one point, and it stuck, so "her" name is Nebula. An ASRock X670E Steel Legend ATX AM5 Motherboard and an ASRock Steel Legend OC Radeon RX 7800 XT 16 GB Video Card - lots of ARGB on just those 2 pieces! White case (NZXT H6 Flow), white fans (Cooler Master Halo^2 4x MF120s and 2x MF140s), white cooler (Lian-Li Galahad II Trinity Performance 360 AIO with their Side-ARGB Kit), white power supply (ROG 850 80+ gold), white/argb RAM (GSkill), and the motherboard and video card are both like a white/black digital camo thing. (Getting all of my leds to talk to the same program was an adventure that I definitely needed help with (Thank you, Zen!).) Oh, and like 4Tb of nvme storage. Baulder's Gate 3 was my first big install (after my Ninite package, anyhow).
I'm using OpenRGB to sync everything - except my video card - which is really great to use. I've had on this pink/purple/blue "hypnotoad" pattern since getting everything connected. Could not have done it without Zen. I know - I tried 😑 It turns out there's a MB Sync switch that I didn't notice. And the flickering of all the leds was because there were multiple programs trying to control them.

without the 3 vertical fans and then with them
I had made a PC Part Picker list, but got rid of it (it looked more like I'm endorsing things than making a list of my parts). I'm not sure why I've been sitting on this for 2 months now - I guess every time I decide to sit at my PC, I want to play games or something instead of writing. I feel that's understandable, since I'd been the slowest when starting up some DotA2 with the family (I mean, it's been a while since we did that - but that's the metric I have for how slow my laptop had been feeling).
Also - since starting this post 2 months ago - I have a great new chair for my battlestation, and a great new rug for under the chair! Zen modified my old crafting corner so that I can be in the same room as him AND be comfortable! In short, I LOVE IT!
